The front of the Villa is a large living area with Casablanca ceiling fans, travertine floors, floor to ceiling glass with spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and beaches.

The living room features an entertainment center with satellite color TV/VCR/DVD/CD, a computer center with wireless internet, computer, printer/fax/scanner, and opens to a large patio with a pebble-tec infinity swimming pool with 10 pool chairs, an outdoor "palapa" covered dining area that seats 8, a built-in BBQ area and an outdoor shower.

Five large bedrooms with private marble baths. The master, second and third bedrooms are on the upper floor and feature incredible pacific ocean views and balcony's overlooking the patio and pool area. The fourth bedroom is private and located on the lower level with views, and the fifth bedroom is a separate family suite. All bedrooms have Casablanca ceiling fans and separate private marble bathrooms with shower.

The second bedroom features two single beds and is on the upper floor.

The fourth bedroom is private and located on the main level with a queen size bed and a queen size sofa bed.

The fifth bedroom is a separate family suite with a king size bed and a bunk bed with a double and a single bed.
